Oversee and coordinate facilities related work for the School of Biological Sciences to include safety, security, and building operation. Oversee construction projects, assess maintenance problems, request repairs, schedule, and inspect work in progress. Make repairs and provide technical support on equipment in faculty labs. Provide leadership, assistance and training to the Building Coordinator responsible for facilities related duties. Oversee and assist with the annual inventory, space survey and equipment surplus for the School of Biological Sciences in 121,064 square feet of space.
